OnTel Max Swivel Sweeper is rechargeable carpet and floor sweeper. It can be used on different floor types, but the best results are achieved on bare floors and low-pile carpets.

Since the brushes are motorized and there are four of them, unit cleans in any direction. For example, the corner brushes spin at 4000 rpm (that is ~67 rotations per second), enabling the unit to easily clean dust, crumbs and other dirt and messes in general along the baseboards, walls, edges, corners, etc. Bristles are gentle enough to allow the use of the sweeper even on the sensitive wooden floors. However, if you do have such floors, be sure to test the unit on small area – better safe than sorry.

Rotating brushes are removable – bristles do good cleaning job even when cleaning pet and human hair. However, from time to time, rotating brushes must be cleaned, especially from entangled hair. Removing them from the unit simplifies their cleaning and, if required, their replacement.

OnTel Max Sweeper weighs only 2 lbs (~0.9 kg) – it can be carried around and used even by elderly people and kids (under supervision of adults) with ease. Very good swivel mechanism aids even more with the ease of use.

OnTel Max Sweeper uses one 7.2V battery. Battery compartment is on the handle (photo right); On/Off switch is on the battery compartment. Maximum operating time of the new battery and tangle-free brushes is 40-45 minutes, which is great.

It takes 6-8 hours to fully charge empty battery – although charger turns signal LED off, to prolong the battery operating life, it is highly recommended to disconnect the battery from charger the moment the charging is finished. Or simply don’t leave the battery more than 7-8 hours in the charger.

Note: this is not cordless vacuum cleaner – this is cordless carpet/floor sweeper. Whole cleaning is done by the mechanical action of four motorized brushes. Also, it is highly recommended to empty the dirt tray after each cleaning, especially if you intend to clean the brushes afterwards – this will prevent the dirt from the tray from falling out of the unit.

Long story short – if you need a good, motorized floor sweeper, consider this unit. It cleans easily smaller messes from bare floors and carpets and it is very easy to use and maintain. Just be sure not to overcharge the battery, and it will function for a long time. And when the battery loses its capacity, new (or even spare one), can be ordered on-line. Just like new/spare brushes.
