Kärcher WV50 Window Vac is designed for cleaning windows, tiles and other flat surfaces and for removing water and moisture from them.

Double layered blades help collect the moisture/water, while onboard vacuum remove the collected liquid from the surface, thus eliminating the streaks, spots and other visible marks on the cleaned surfaces.

Kärcher WV50 Window Vac is suitable for various flat and slightly curved surfaces like: home and car windows, tiles, doors, various bathroom surfaces, hard floors, countertops etc.

Kärcher WV50 Window Vac Specifications

WV50 working width is 11 inches (28 cm) and the unit can cleaner rather large area quickly.

Dirt water tank capacity is 3.5 oz (100 ml) and is enough for smaller tasks or when there is no much water on the windows.

Unit is ergonomically designed and larger tank would probably ruin the design 🙂 Fortunately, tank is easily emptied.

Kärcher WV50 Window Vac is cordless handheld unit. It uses lithium ion battery and is rather light – it weighs ~1.55 pounds (0.7 kg).

Water suction is good and constant – on a single charge, unit can operate continuously for ~20 minutes and than it requires 120 minute (2 hours) to fully recharge. During these 20 minutes, one can clean approximately 60 m² of windows and similar surfaces.

Note: a good sedan, caravan or SUV has at most 7-8 m² of windows, so one charge can clean at least 8 cars. Of course, this depends on many factors, like amount of water on the windows, battery condition, user cleaning habits etc.

Battery charger accepts various voltages and frequencies: 100-240 V and 50-60 Hz. Very important for use abroad. Just to be sure, when you receive the unit, read the manual first.

Kärcher WV2 Window Cleaning Spray Bottle Kärcher WV2 Window Cleaning Spray Bottle comes with microfibre wiping cloth. It is ergonomically designed and lightweight. Its main purpose is to evenly spread cleaning solution on the windows, tiles and other flat surfaces, prior cleaning with Kärcher WV50 or any similar window vacuum. Microfiber cloth is washable and can be reused many times. Also, when required, it can be ordered separately. Kärcher spray bottle is compatible with the most window cleaning solution. There are many window cleaning formulas on the market – Kärcher’s proprietary formula comes in the form of scented window cleaning concentrate, which ‘prevents the buildup of new dust particles, keeping windows cleaner for an extended period of time’.

Kärcher Small Head Attachment Kärcher Small Head Attachment is 6 inches (~15.5 cm) wide. It is much narrower than main WV50 cleaning head (11 inches, 28 cm) and can reach tight areas, edges and corners. Note that both main and small cleaning head leave surface (almost) dry, but when cleaning floor tiles, be careful – even slightly wet tiles can be very slippery.

Kärcher Adjustable Extension Pole for Window Vacuums Kärcher Adjustable Extension Pole for Window Vacuums enables the user to reach much higher flat surfaces like overhead windows, without the use of ladder or similar aids. Adjustable joint allows the user to set optimum working angle, depending on the height and angle of the cleaned surface. Adjustable extension pole comes with ‘Flat Mop Head’, used for applying the cleaning solution on overhead surfaces. Cloth of the ‘Flat Mop Head’ is washable and reusable.
